Carla Sabra nasceu em São Paulo, Brasil, e carrega no olhar o traço sensível de quem transforma o mundo em imagem. É bacharel em Fotografia pelo Senac, engenheira civil formada pela Escola de Engenharia Mauá e pós-graduada em Marketing pela ESPM - uma trajetória que revela sua habilidade em transitar entre a técnica e a criação.
A paixão pela fotografia nasceu como um chamado silencioso, e foi no bacharelado que ela aprofundou sua escuta visual: aprendeu a olhar com mais delicadeza, a perceber o invisível, a criar narrativas com luz e sombra.
A arte sempre pulsou em sua vida - moldada pelas mãos e pelo tempo. Cerâmica, tapeçaria, patchwork, bordados: suas criações manuais, feitas ponto a ponto, foram se entrelaçando com a fotografia até que o fio e a imagem se tornassem uma só linguagem. Assim, Carla borda com luz e costura histórias com alma.
Carla Sabra was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and carries in her gaze the sensitive mark of someone who transforms the world into images. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Photography from Senac, a degree in Civil Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM - a path that reveals her ability to move seamlessly between technique and creation.
Her passion for photography emerged as a quiet calling, and it was during her undergraduate studies that she deepened her visual listening: she learned to look with greater delicacy, to perceive the invisible, and to create narratives through light and shadow.

Ceramics, tapestry, patchwork, embroidery: her handmade creations, crafted stitch by stitch, gradually intertwined with photography until thread and image became a single language.
